DNASTREAM Selected by Leading Facilities and Energy Management Group to Manage Scheduling System Implementation

DNASTREAM has been selected by a leading provider of technology-driven facilities and energy management group to manage the implementation of a dynamic scheduling system.  The system implementation will support the group in realising its strategy of streamlined processes, real-time operational control, and delivering excellence to over 600 customers.

 

Selected for our strong track record of client-side delivery DNASTREAM will be undertaking the key programme management role, which will involve managing both the customer's implementation team and the application vendor.

 

 

 Royal Mail Group Win SAP Gold Quality Award

SAP has awarded Royal Mail Group (RMG) the Gold Quality Award in the New Business Application category for its People System Programme (PSP), which has delivered a new group-wide SAP HR, Payroll and Self Services solution.

 

DNASTREAM provided programme management, training management and training delivery services to support the programme and played an integral part in assisting RMG with the selection of the implementation partner.  The programme will ultimately roll out new processes to around 200,000 employees by August 2012.

 

The first phases of the programme successfully went live during 2011 with 80% of users logged into the system in the first four weeks and over 90% within eight weeks.  The first weekly and monthly payrolls delivered over 99% accuracy.

 

Commenting on the award, Andy Milner, DNASTREAM Managing Director said, "This is a fabulous achievement for PSP and recognises the hard work, structured approach and rigorous testing strategy adopted across the programme.  DNASTREAM are proud to have played a key role in the success of the programme and I would like to congratulate the entire RMG team."

Andy Milner Completes London Marathon

DNASTREAM Managing Director, Andy Milner successfully completed the 2011 London Marathon.  Several of the DNASTREAM team together with Andy's friends and family lined the route to cheer him on and as can be seen from the photos below, it was a very warm day.

 

All at DNASTREAM would like to offer our congratulations to Andy, who raised over £2000 for the WhizzKids charity.

SAP User Group Conference a Success for DNASTREAM

DNASTREAM's first attendance at the SAP UK & Ireland User Group Conference, held in Manchester on 21-23 November, proved to be a great success for DNASTREAM.  We were delighted to meet so many prospective new customers, along with lots of familiar faces and valued existing clients.

 

Interest was high in our innovative approach to developing the Knowledge Supply Chain, leveraging leading software solutions from IDS Scheer, TTS and SAP.  Jackie Stanley was so busy giving demonstrations throught the event that it was necessary to ask interested parties to make an appointment with her!  We would like to thank all those who took the time to visit us, and we look forward to next year's event.

 

One of the highlights for those who visited us was undoubtedly the opportunity to win an Apple iPad in our prize draw.

OnStream Adopt TT Knowledge Force to Train 600 End Users

 DNASTREAM are working with OnStream, a National Grid company, deploying TT Knowledge Force (TTKF) as the solution to support the training of over 600 end users to be completed in February 2011, as part of a major transformation programme.

 

TTKF was selected after a proof of concept study showed it to be the best solution, ahead of other competitor products, when used with four commercial off the shelf solutions that are replacing some of OnStream's existing IT systems.  TTKF will enable OnStream to rapidly create and deliver training courses efficiently for all four systems, supporting their ambition to become a leader in the field of Smart Meter installations and operations.

DNASTREAM Welcomes New Team Member

DNASTREAM are delighted to welcome Jackie Stanley, who has joined the team as Principal Consulant.  Jackie has over nine years experience of delivering solutions, specialising in SAP Incentives and Commissions Management, and the SAP Insurance industry suite.

 

She has over 18 years experience in the general insurance industry where she held various roles including claims handler, finance manager, business analyst and project manager.  Latterly, Jackie has also worked with customers in the utilities, telecommunications and retail industries.

 

 The appointment of Jackie further strengthens DNASTREAM's core consulting delivery and project management capability, and we are excited to welcome her to the team.
