Our proven approach is based on a structured delivery model with four broad phases:

• Vision & Strategy
  During this phase we agree the detailed approach, scope of activities and required outputs.  A plan is produced and resources are allocated.  A review is then undertaken of the current situation and the customer's future vision and strategy is set out.

• Planning & Design
  During this phase a number of areas are evaluated and considered against the vision and strategy to establish areas that may deliver improvements.  Using a series of meetings and facilitated workshops, detailed improvement activities are defined and an implementation roadmap is prepared.  An associated benefits framework is defined and aligned to the implementation roadmap.

• Implementation
  During this phase the implementation roadmap is put into action and delivery of the improvement initiatives commences.  This may be an iterative process involving several phases of delivery.  The benefits framework is used to establish performance targets to enable ongoing management of benefits.

• Transition to Continuous Improvement
  The final phase is when transition from the delivery team to the customer's continuous improvement organisation takes place.  This includes activation of benefits delivery.

Solution Upgrade
